Esai Morales was born on the 1st October 1962 in Brooklyn, New York City USA, of Puerto Rican decent, and is an actor and producer, perhaps best known for his role of Bob Morales in the biopic “La Bamba” in 1997. Morales also had important parts as Lt. Tony Rodriguez in “NYPD Blue” (2001-2004), and as Joseph Adama in “Caprica” (2009-2010). His career has been active since 1982.
